Reference Access Offer

This Reference Access Offer ("RAO") specifies the process and procedures to be followed by an Access Seeker who intends to acquire Access from Medini Iskandar Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“MIMSB”) (Company No. 782021-V) ("Access Provider").

This RAO may be subjected to amendments from time to time.

Where an amendment is made to the RAO, MIMSB shall supply an amended copy of the RAO to all Access Seekers who have submitted to MIMSB an Access Request and which Access Request is still pending process by MIMSB.
