JOHOR BAHRU: More jobs opportunities await the local community as Iskandar Malaysia welcomes its latest investments, namely, a Shanghai-based property giant and the largest chocolate maker in North America. State Tourism, Trade and Consumerism Committee chairman Datuk Tee Siew Kiong said the move of the Hershey Company, which has invested in a RM816 million confectionary manufacturing plant at the Senai Free Trade Zone and Greenland Malaysia to develop the first coastal luxurious condominium project sprawling close to seven hectares in Iskandar Malaysia with an expected gross development value of RM2.8 billion.
