Michael Fu (Michael) was appointed as Acting Head of Company for Medini Iskandar Malaysia Sdn Bhd (MIMSB) in April 2023. He is also the Development Director for Iskandar Investment Berhad(IIB). Before this, Michael Fu was a Director at Dynamic Ascension Management Sdn Bhd which primarily focuses on property development, building construction, and project management.

Michael has 23 years of experience in the property industry, ranging from construction management, civil and structural engineering to contract negotiations and project marketing. He has a track record of notable successful projects with a total GDV of more than RM 500 million.

Michael also holds several key posts with the Real Estate Housing Developers Association (REHDA), serving the REHDA Selangor branch and REHDA Youth. He is currently serving as an advisor to the REHDA Youth and as the Ampang Jaya / Hulu Selangor / Selayang Zone Chairman on behalf of REHDA Selangor since 2010.

Michael graduated with BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa State.
